CDR Process Tracking

The CDR Process Tracking screen enables you to view the outcomes of recently performed processes.

The screen is accessed by clicking the Tracking button in the CDR group on the Start ribbon.

You can use the buttons in the Tracking group on the CDR Commands ribbon to filter the results in the Tracking grid based on status or time period.

Selecting a record in the Tracking grid displays the steps of the process in the bottom panel.
