UI level, mapped to the HESA level in Reference Data.

Note: Use HESA Level 1 for degree/instance information spanning several years and use HESA Level 2 for the academic year UI (for example: student instance period data).
Calendar Type Calendar type such as AYR Academic Year.
UCAS Course Code [HESA : Scheme Code] UCAS Course Code, such as C700.

Qualification Category Qualification attained on successful completion of the course, such as C0002 - Diploma at level C.
Teacher Training CRS Teacher training course, such as 03 - INSET course.
Subject of Course 1-5 Subject studied in the course, such as 100048 - design.
% for Subject for CRS 1-5 Value applied (1 to 100) to the subject studied in the course.
Award Body 1-8 Qualification award body, such as SQA.
Bilingual ITT marker Indicates whether ITT is bilingual. For example, 02 - Course leads to a formal certificate of bilingual education.
Prerequisite Defines any prerequisites, such as 03 - Postgraduate research course.
Sandwich Defines the type of sandwich, such as 01 - Thick sandwich.
Credit transfer scheme Credit transfer scheme used. For example, 01 - A UK Credit Accumulation and Transfer Scheme (CATS).
Full time equivalence Full time equivalence of the course, if any.
Level of credit points Level of any credit points, such as 23 - HE Honours.
Module language identifier Module language, such as 03 - Irish.
Regulatory Body 1-2

Regulatory body for the course.

SCS Mode Student course session mode, such as 01 - Full time.
Invoice HESA ID Identifier for the HESA invoice, such as 5033 - Other overseas funding.
Reference Period Student Load Reference period for the student load.
Programme Year Year the course takes place, such as 2025.
Number of Units Number of units in the course, such as 4.
Include in HESA Whether to include in the HESA file.
Closed Course Whether the course is open or closed.
Fully Flexible Indicator Whether the course if flexible or not.
Funding Length Length of funding for the course, such as 02 - Standard.
Main Provider (not UKPRN)

Main course provider.
