You can map a classification or a qualification awarded in reference data.
Map a classification
To map a classification in reference data:

Click the Reference Data button on the System ribbon.
The Reference Data screen is displayed.

Select Grading Schemes from the Types panel.

Select a row from the Grading Schemes grid with a Scheme Type of AWARD (Award Level).

Select the relevant a row in the Grades grid.

Click the Classification button on the Admin Commands ribbon.
The HESA Yearly values window is displayed.

Click the Add button.

Select a Funding Year and a HESA Code value from the relevant drop-down lists.
- Click Save & Exit to return to reference data.
Map a qualification awarded
To map a qualification awarded in reference data:

Click the Reference Data button on the System ribbon.
The Reference Data screen is displayed.

Select Grading Schemes from the Types panel.

Select a row from the Grading Schemes grid with a Scheme Type of AWARD (Award Level).

Select the relevant a row in the Grades grid.

Click the Qualification Awarded button on the Admin Commands ribbon.
The HESA Yearly values window is displayed.
