The MIAP LRS Account Settings section on the Options window (accessed from the Account option for MIAP in the left-hand pane) allows you to specify the following:

• 6-character organisation reference (typically, for a FE college, the last 5 characters of your UKPRN prefixed with a U

  For other types of learning providers this will be confirmed in the confirmation from the LRS).

• Valid username for the MIAP portal
• 16-character web service password

The MIAP LRS Certificate Settings section on the Options window (accessed from the Certificate option for MIAP in the left-hand pane) allows you to specify the following:

• Browse for the MIAP licence certificate file (this is the file sent to you when submitting the Web Service Connect Request Form)
• Enter the certificate password provided to you with the MIAP licence certificate

The MIAP LRS General Settings section on the Options window (accessed from the General option for MIAP in the left-hand pane) allows you to specify the following:

• Filter out any HE learners from the records to be submitted to the MIAP LRS Web Services
• Save the error browser search criteria when closing
