How to create enquiries

You can create two types of enquiries in Ontrack Learner Hub:

The steps for each type are outlined below.

General enquiries

Create a general enquiry as follows:

  1. On your institution’s website, select the option to make a general enquiry. The Ontrack Learner Hub login page opens in your browser.

  2. Sign in to Ontrack Learner Hub, the General Enquiry page opens.

    If this is your first time using the Ontrack Learner Hub, register your details to create an account.

  3. In the Enquiry Details section, enter the details of your enquiry and Submit the enquiry.

  4. A confirmation message appears, and a confirmation email is sent to you. Select Close to dismiss the message.

Your general enquiry is now created and appears on the Enquiries page.

Course enquiries

Create a course enquiry as follows:

  1. On your institution’s website, select the course you want to enquire about.

  2. The Ontrack Learner Hub login page opens in your browser.

  3. Sign in to Ontrack Learner Hub, the Course Enquiry page opens.

    If you haven’t used the Hub before, register your details to create an account.

  4. In the Enquiry Details section, enter your enquiry information and Submit the enquiry.

  5. A confirmation message appears, and a confirmation email is sent to you. Select Close to dismiss the message.

Your course enquiry is now created and appears on the Enquiries page.
