How to enrol on a course
You can use Ontrack Learner Hub to enrol on courses offered by your institution. Follow the steps below to complete your enrolment.
Enrol on a course as follows:

On your institution’s website, select the course you want to enrol on. The Ontrack Learner Hub login page opens.

Sign in to Ontrack Learner Hub, the Enrolment form – personal details page opens.
If you have not used the Ontrack Learner Hub before, register your details to create an account.

Each page of the form collects information required for enrolment. Select after completing each page.

Use this page to update your account and contact information.

Use this page to provide information about your background and circumstances.

Learning objective

The tailored learning purpose is a read-only field. It shows the learning purpose for the course.

Use the tailored learning outcome to select or update your learning outcome. The available options are defined by the institution.

Statements

Use this page to select statements that apply to you and may qualify you for a concession.

Data protection

Use this page to provide consent for the use of your information.

Payment

Use this page to pay for the courses included in your enrolment.
You can view:

Fees – including the main course, mandatory courses, and any fee waivers.

Discounts – showing how concessions reduce your fees.
You can then:

Select to pay immediately.

Select , if available.
-
Select if the total cost is £0.00.
If sent to an external payment provider, complete the payment information as instructed. You will receive a payment confirmation email when the payment is successful. -

When the enrolment is completed, either through payment or confirmation, the Confirmation page appears, and a confirmation email is sent to you.
Optional courses
You can add or remove optional courses after starting an enrolment using Manage Enrolment.

Go to the Enrolments page and select Manage Enrolment for the relevant course.

The Manage Enrolments page displays the mandatory and optional courses linked to your main course.
Select or Drop Optional Courses
Select or clear the checkbox next to the optional course in the Course Options grid.

If a course is unavailable for selection, the checkbox is read‑only.

Select Confirm.

When prompted, select Yes to confirm your changes.
Your optional course selections are updated.
