How to upload evidence

You can upload supporting evidence for applications, such as exam results, proof of identification, and references, or for absence (if enabled by your institution). All evidence is managed on the Evidence page in the Ontrack Learner Hub.

View existing evidence

  1. In the navigation pane, select Evidence.

  2. The Evidence page opens and displays a list of relevant files.

  3. To download a file, select its attachment link.

Upload evidence

  1. On the Evidence page, go to the Upload Evidence section.

  2. In the Evidence Type field, select the type of evidence you want to upload.

  3. In the File(s) to Upload field, select Browse, then choose your file.

  4. Select Upload.

  5. A confirmation message appears. Select Close to return to the Evidence page.

The uploaded file is now shown in the grid on the Evidence page.

Delete uploaded evidence

You cannot delete documents from a mobile device.
  1. In the grid on the Evidence page, find the file you want to delete.

  2. Select Delete next to the file.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
