The Has Online Content check box has been added so that users can specify which courses should be synchronised with an external learning management system (for example: Moodle or Canvas).

The check box is deselected by default.

The check box is located on the following screens:

• The General tab on the UI Details screen in Curriculum Details
• The Details tab on the UIO Details screen in Curriculum Details

• The UIs tab in Curriculum Manager

• The UIOs tab in Curriculum Manager

The Person Code and Staff Member fields have been added to the UIO Learner Groups screen in Curriculum Details.

Populating the Person Code field automatically populates the Staff Member field.

In the ILP module, if a staff member is assigned to a group and a learner is also assigned to that group, learners will only be able to view the staff member. Staff members are able to view learners assigned to the group and all unassigned students.
