De-duplication Change for 4.32
The following changes have been made to the De-duplication module for 4.32:
Availability for TAFE NSW users
The De-duplication module is now available for TAFE NSW users, using the EBS4DeDupClient licence.
The de-duplication functionality can only be used on learners without an SRN.
De-duplication record database change
For TasTAFE users, a record is added to the EDGE_EVENTS table when two learner records are merged successfully.
