Product Changes for 4.32
The following changes have been made to the Product module for 4.32:
The following changes have been made to the Product Search window:
- A search can now only be carried out if at least two filters have been specified.
- The Region field has been added.
- The Enrolment Location field has been moved to below the new Region field.
- The Enrolment Location, Teaching Sections and Faculty fields are now filtered by the selected region.
The following changes have been made to Custom Filter functionality:

The Custom Filter button on the Product ribbon has been renamed to Offering Filter.

The Custom Filter Settings window has also been renamed to Offering Filter Settings.
The following changes have also been made for TAFE NSW users:

The Region, Teaching Section, Faculty and Offering Type fields have been added to the Offering Filter Settings window, and the Enrolment Location field has been moved to below the Region field.
The Teaching Section, Faculty and Enrolment Location fields are filtered by the selected region.
Note: The Region field defaults to the region selected in the Product Search window. If no region was selected, it defaults to the first region alphabetically.
The following items have been removed from the Clone Curriculum wizard:

The Include Offerings check box
Note: The wizard now acts as if this check box is deselected (that is: the next screen is the Summary screen).
- The Current as of field
- The Staff option in the Include Associated Elements section
- The Fees option in the Include Associated Elements section
- The 'Total Offerings cloned' text on the Summary screen
Additionally, the text on the first page of the cloning wizard has been changed to 'Use this screen to select the attributes of the target Product to be created. Use the Cancel button to exit this process.'
The following changes have been made to the tree structure (that is: the left-hand pane) in Product Details for TAFE NSW users:
- The Fees and Staff nodes have been hidden

The offering filters applied are now displayed in the header

If the total number of offerings returned after applying the selected filters is greater than the value defined by the new Maximum Number of Offerings to Show institution setting (on the Fees and Payments screen), the Offerings node is appended with '(x of y)' where 'x' indicates the number of offerings displayed and 'y' indicates the total UIO count that matches the filter criteria
The following changes have been made to the Classification tab in Product Details:

In order to comply with TCSI reporting requirements, the Standard Course Duration field has been added, which allows users to record the standard duration of a course in years (based on the standard delivery arrangements for full time learners).
- The Course Study Load field has been hidden.
- The EFTSL field has been moved to below the RAM Category field.
In order to comply with TCSI reporting requirements, the Year-Long Indicator field has been added, which allows users to indicate if a Unit of Study or Unit is to be delivered over a full academic year.
On creating or editing of an offering, when the duration (based on the Start Date and End Date fields) is 12 months or greater, the field is automatically updated to ‘Y’ on saving.
The following changes have been made to the Offering screen for TAFE NSW users:

The Region field has been added to the Offering tab. This is mandatory and cannot be edited on saving.
- A region must be selected in order for the Enrolment Location and Faculty fields to be populated.
- An Enrolment Location must be selected in order for the Cal Occ Code and Teaching Section fields to be populated.
Only staff who are linked to the selected region can now be selected on the Offering Staff screen.
