ebs: shape Changes for 4.33

The following change has been made to ebs: shape for 4.33:

Status bar text can now be added to an ebs: shape environment. This can be used, for example, to differentiate environments more clearly.

The text to display, text colour and background colour can be defined in the Timetables institution settings.
