CDR Changes for 4.36

The following change has been made to CDR for 4.36:

Previously, when the Are duplicate people unit records allowed? institution setting was set to 'No duplicates', users could still create a duplicate enrolment by selecting the 'Ignore Warnings' check box in the Convert Application to Enrolment process. However, leaving it unticked prevented duplicate enrolment as expected.

As of 4.36, the creation of duplicate enrolment through this process is prevented if the institution setting is set to 'No duplicates' even when the 'Ignore Warnings' check box is ticked.

Note: The functionality of other options of the setting (for example: 'No Duplicates (Ignore non-active units)' and 'Duplicates allowed but warning given') remains unchanged.

Service Pack 1 Changes

The following changes have been made for 4.36 Service Pack 1:

Validation rulesets added

The following validation rulesets have been added.

Rule number	Description
215	Qualification enrolments with a student source of funding (CDR field 49, ebs People_Units_CDR.Source_Of_Funding) of 97 must have a Programme Code (CDR field 30). This is an ERROR.
216	Qualification enrolments with a student source of funding (CDR field 49, ebs People_Units_CDR.Source_Of_Funding) of 97 must have a Programme and Year enrolment with student source of funding of 97. This is an ERROR.
217	If the Programme Pathway (CDR field 32, ebs PEOPLE_UNITS_CDR.PROG_FAST_TRACK) value is “Introductory” or “Referral” the Programme Pathway Date (CDR field 31) is to be populated. This is a WARNING.

Service Pack 3 Changes

The following changes have been made for 4.36 Service Pack 3:

The latest CDR verifier lookup values have been incorporated into the CDR_VERIFIERS XML dataloader file
The latest CDR Validation Rulesets have been incorporated into the Validation ruleset XML file
