EBS intel Changes for 4.36

The following changes have been made for EBS intel for 4.36:

The PanIntelligence pi installer is no longer included in the EBS payload. The EBS installation files now include a separate executable for intel (setup-pi.2021_04_29-x86_64.exe for this release - April 2021) that must be placed in the same folder that you are running the EBS installer from.

For intel installations that were installed prior to 4.33, there may be an error where charts do not display on the dashboard and have the 'Error occurred' message. This can be resolved this by changing the Data Source Type from 'Free Format JDBC driver' to 'SQL Server'.
