The 2022/23 funding year (that is: funding year 29) can now be selected in ebs: central.

The output file name format is ILR-LLLLLLLL-YYYY-yyyymmdd-hhmmss-NN.XML, where:

• ILR - the output type

• LLLLLLLL - the UK provider reference number (UKPRN)

• YYYY - the year of collection (for example: 2022 to 2023 is 2223)

• yyyymmdd-hhmmss - the time and date of the file generation

• NN - the serial number of the file

The following changes have been made to ILR reference data:

Funding year 29 has been added to the Funding Years screen.

Refer to ILR Reference Data for further information on reference data for the ILR module.

The ILR fields for have been updated to include funding year 29 (2022/2023).

The ILR return for FundingModel 37 has been updated to include funding year 29 (2022/2023).

The ILR return for LearningDeliverHE has the following child elements omitted for funding year 29 (2022/2023) as no longer mandatory.
