CDR Changes for 4.41
The following changes have been made to the CDR module for 4.41:

Calculation of course and learner hours has been improved to reduce the time taken to complete the calculation.

All enrolments will now automatically create PEOPLE_UNITS_CDR records including ones created as the result of an Application-to-Enrolment conversion.
