The following changes have been made for 4.42:
Ontrack Staff Hub

Users can now send communication from the learner contacts screen. SMS or email can be used. Multiple contacts can be selected at once to be sent the same message.

Risk condition builder has been added to allow staff to monitor students who may require closer monitoring.
Safeguarding
• Out of hours notifications have been removed. They are being reworked for re release in the future.
• When a response is created for a safeguarding record created by a tutor, the sender will now see the updated record in their inbox.
• Institution Settings has been added to control visible Safeguarding name
