The roles in the ebs: central StudyLink group control the tasks a user can undertake in the StudyLink module.

Role	Allows users to...
StudyLink Administrator	Use the entirety of the StudyLink module.
StudyLink User	A read-only view of StudyLink records. Users with only this role cannot import VoS Request files or export VoS Response files.
