You can turn off external authentication using Microsoft Entra External ID for either Ontrack Hub or Ontrack Learner Hub using the following Institution Settings:
- Turn off Entra External ID for Ontrack Hub

On ebs Central, go to Institution Settings > Authentication.

Set External authentication ontrack Hub Enabled to N, and then select Save.

Recycle the IIS Ontrack Learner Hub Site and One Web Services Site and/or App Pools to ensure the new External Authentication configuration is disabled on next launch of the EBS Ontrack Hub Web App.

Turn off Entra External ID for Ontrack Learner Hub

On ebs Central, go to Institution Settings > Ontrack Learner - Login Page.

In Display Create Account panel on screen select either Y - Create Account or N - Do not Display from the drop down, and then select Save.

Recycle the IIS Ontrack Learner Hub Site and One Web Services Site and/or App Pools to ensure the new External Authentication configuration is disabled on next launch of the EBS Ontrack Hub Web App.
