Import an IDP

To import an IDP for a student you first need to navigate to the IDP staff homepage.

1. On ebs: ontrack Hub, go to IDP and then search for the IDPs of interest.

2. Select the menu icon next to the student you have the XML file for and then select Import.

   

3. Check that the learner details are correct, then select Choose file.

4. Find the XML file that contains the data and select Open.

5. Select Submit, to upload the file. This will overwrite any existing data for the student.
