Identity server settings can be configured to implement single sign-on (SSO) for Ontrack WBL.
Identity server settings required for an SSO implementation:

An SSO implementation for Ontrack WBL requires the following:

Staff members in EBS must have an EBS user account linked to Ontrack with an email address matching IDS email

Staff records in Ontrack WBL must be created from the EBS staff member (for example: with PERSON_CODE populated)

Staff members in Ontrack WBL must have an Ontrack WBL account linked to the staff record created from the EBS staff member (for example: with PERSON_CODE populated)
