Address integration

Address lookup software enables you to enter search criteria into a single address field to produce a list of relevant, accurate, addresses that can be used for learners, members of staff, and organisations.

Address lookup software is included in Ontrack Learner Hub, EBS Central in the learner and user management modules.

You must have the Address Lookup role in the EBS Central Apps/Enqs/Enrols group of User Management to use address lookup functionality.

EBS is compatible with the following address lookup providers:

• AFD Software - address lookup software that also provides geodemographic information and can perform email address and mobile phone number validation

AFD software includes the following functionality:

• Address validation

• Address dynamic lookup

• Address geo-demographic data

• Email validation

• Phone validation

• Offline address data cleanse

• Quick Address - address verification software from QAS that ensures valid address information and format
