Use the Absence Reasons reference data to define the absence reasons that a learner can select in the Absence Reporting wizard in Ontrack Learner Hub, and can be selected in the Attendance module by a staff member.

Use the Document Types reference data to set up learners' Docs and Comms so that it displays the evidence learners have uploaded in Ontrack Learner Hub.

This can be done by adding a record with a code of ABSENCE.
