Curriculum Planner Reports
Reports have been created for the Curriculum Planner module so you can view the calculations done in ebs to achieve the funding values. These reports have been written for the Curriculum Planner module.
Reports can be added with an institution’s own values to get different results for certain calculations. This is done by modifying the fields in the Curriculum Planning Overview Report, though all of the different funding streams will need to be changed to get the correct sums.
You can open the reports from the Curriculum Planning Reports button on the Curriculum Planner ribbon.
Clicking the Curriculum Planning Reports button will display the following options:
- Print Report - prints the reports to your default system printer
- Preview Report - previews the reports
- Email Report - sends an electronic copy of the reports
You can run the following curriculum planner-related reports:

The Curriculum Plan Overview report provides a detailed guide to the totals and calculations for a chosen plan.
If you select either the Print Report or Preview Report options from the Curriculum Planning Reports button, you can select the Curriculum Plan Overview report option on the Reports window that is displayed.
The report will either be sent to your default printer or displayed on a preview window depending on the initial option selected.
The Curriculum Plan Overview report consists of the following sections:

Details - displays information on the curriculum plan name and other associated details

Totals - displays the aggregated totals for the different funding streams in the plan

EFA Funding Totals - displays the calculations that ebs uses to calculate the total EFA funding

SFA Funding Totals - displays information on the total values associated with the Skills Funding Agency funded learners

RORO (Roll On Roll Off Courses) - displays information on the courses which have been set as roll on roll off for the plan

The Plan Hierarchy - Aggregation report displays the funding information for the plans and organisations displayed on the Plan Hierarchy screen.
If you select either the Print Report or Preview Report options from the Curriculum Planning Reports button, you can select the Plan Hierarchy - Aggregation report option on the Reports window that is displayed.
The report will either be sent to your default printer or displayed on a preview window depending on the initial option selected.
