Curriculum Planner Ribbon

The Curriculum Planner ribbon contains the following function buttons specific to curriculum plans.

These buttons are described in the following table.

This button Does this...
Plan Search Opens the Curriculum Plan Search window, where you can search for and select the required curriculum plan.
Add

Select one of the options following from the Add button:

  • Add - adds courses to a plan
  • Add Funding Aim - adds learning aims to a plan
  • Add Plan - adds curriculum plan records
Delete

Select one of the following options from the Delete button:

  • Delete - deletes courses from a plan
  • Delete Plan - deletes curriculum plan records
Discard Discards any unsaved changes.
Refresh Refreshes the screen to show updated data.
Change Model Changes the funding model.
Flood Fill Fills a column with a selected field value.
Recalculate

Select one of the following options from the Recalculate button:

  • Recalculate - recalculates all courses that have been amended since the last save on the plan
  • Recalculate Plan - recalculates an entire plan regardless of whether courses have been amended or not
Fees Mapping Maps fees to the learner numbers associated with your plan.
Compare Plans Compares different plans side by side.
Plan Hierarchy Opens the Plan Hierarchy screen, where you can add your institution's plan structure which identifies potential different levels of a plan.
Funding Model Parameters Opens the Funding Model Parameters window, where you can change the parameters the funding model uses.
Go To

Select one of the following options from the Go To button:

  • View Details - opens the Curriculum Details screen for the UIO selected
  • View Fees - opens the UIO Fees screen for the UIO selected
  • View Incomes - opens the UIO Incomes screen for the UIO selected
  • View Costs - opens the UIO Costs screen for the UIO selected
Curriculum Planning Reports Provides access to curriculum planner-related reports.
