Add a Course (UI)

The Course (Unit Instance) Details screen contains version information about the course. Multiple courses can exist. These can be seen in the list of courses produced by using the Course Search window.

To create a new UI, do either of the following:

  • Click the Add button on the Curriculum ribbon

  • Click the Add Unit Instance button on the Course Search window

NZ Fields that have a number in brackets following the title are extracted to the SDR, for example: Source of Funding (2.11).

The General tab is displayed by default. The other tabs are based on the UI levels specified by your institute in Reference Data. The tabs are populated with the short description of the particular level.
