You can view and manage EMA payments for any learner with a valid EMA Learner Agreement.

To view EMA payments by learner:

1. Select the Learner Payments tab.

   

2. Click the Learner Search button.

   

   The Learner Search window is displayed.

   

3. Search for and open the relevant learner record.

   The selected learner's EMA record is displayed.

   

   You can view payments for previous years using the EMA Year filter drop-down menu.

4. Edit the relevant details.

The fields in the EMA Payments section are described in the following table.

This field	Holds this information...
EMA Week	The EMA week number.
Register Week	The register week number.
Start Date	The start date of the EMA week.
End Date	The end date of the EMA week.
Attendance Outcome	The attendance outcome for the EMA week. This field is automatically updated based on the learner's register marks per week. This field can be updated manually by selecting the required outcome from the drop-down menu. Select from the following: Not assessed – the register has not yet been marked Accepted – the registers have been marked with positive attendances Rejected – one or more of the registers have been marked as a negative attendance Pending – the attendance outcome is pending a decision No register – there are no registers for this week
Status	The payment status for the EMA week. The following statuses are available: Not Submitted – the record has not yet been submitted to the SLC Pending Upload – the record is awaiting upload to the SLC Submitted – receipt of the submission has been received confirming that the record has been submitted successfully to the SLC
Updated Date	The updated date. This field will be populated with the system date if the record is updated.
Manually Overridden	Whether the Attendance Outcome field has been manually updated.
Rejected	The rejection reason.
GLH in Minutes	The Guided Learning Hours in minutes.

The EMA Bonus Payments section is not currently used.

You can view and manage all EMA learner records for a specific week.

To view EMA payments by week:

1. Select the Weekly Payments tab.

   

2. Select the EMA year and week that you want to view payment records for from the EMA Year and EMA Weeks drop-downs.

   

   The Weekly Payments records are displayed.

   

You can filter the records displayed in the Weekly Payments tab further by using the Groups filter.

This requires groups to be set up, with learners assigned using Group Management. Refer to Manage EMA Groups for further information.

To view EMA payments by group:

1. Select the Weekly Payments tab.

   

2. Select the group that you want to view payment records for from the Groups drop-down.

   

   The Weekly Payments tab then displays all learners in the selected group.

   

   Use the EMA Year and EMA Weeks filters to display the relevant year and week.
