Duplicate Learner Rules

Use this reference data to create rule sets to identify duplicate learners. Different rule sets can be created to identify different types of duplicate learners.

Columns available to select from when creating the rule are:

• College Email
• Date of Birth
• Initials
• IRD Number
• Learner Forename
• Learner Middle Names
• Learner Surname

Click the Manage Columns button to display the window where you can select the columns against which the duplicates are matched.
