Exams Roles

The Exam Admin setup role in the ebs: central Apps/Enqs/Enrols group is used to carry out exam submissions and imports.

The roles for using the Exams Manager module are located in the ebs: central Exams Client group.

The relevant roles in the ebs: central Exams Client group are described in the following table.

Role	Allows users to...
A2C Link Administrator	This role is not currently in use.
Exams Administrator	Have full access to the Exams Manager module.
Exams Supervisor	Have full access to the Exams Manager module.
Full Exams	Have full access to the Exams Manager module.
View Exams	Have read-only access to the Exams Manager module.

Exam Seating User	Seat exams and produce reports on the Allocate Seats screen.
