ILR Reference Data

The contents of all local reference data should be checked to ensure that all appropriate data mappings have been made between local and ILR codes for the current funding year.

This is an annual maintenance task, following the importing of the ILR reference data for any given funding year. The local reference data is listed below:

DPOutcomeType Voluntary ESF Destination Ethnicity Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities Preferred Method of Contact Progress Codes Restricted Use Waivers Support Need Types

To specify the reference data for the ILR module, expand the ILR option from the Tree View of the Types pane.

Tribal will normally undertake the mapping of local country codes to ILR values, due to the number or records involved. This is done using a SQL script when the new ILR reference data is released to sites.

The mapping is performed manually by opening the Yearly Values screen which is accessed via the Yearly Values button on the ribbon.
