Deletion

The deletion process enables you to delete ILR records associated with learners. By default it will delete all ILR records for the funding year set on the ILR Commands ribbon. You can filter this to only delete certain records by using the Course and Learner search functionality.

After selecting the check box, the number of records that will be deleted will be displayed.

When you run the deletion process, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to proceed with the deletion of records.
