Column Settings
By right-clicking on a column header, a menu will display where you can amend how the columns display on each grid.
You can change the column settings as required:

Freezing a column enables that column in the grid to stay on the screen when scrolling through the other fields.
To freeze a column, right-click on the column header you want to freeze and select the Frozen option. To change the column back so it doesn’t remain on the screen when scrolling, repeat the process above so the tick against the Frozen option is removed.

Hiding a column will remove that column from the grid. To remove a column, right-click on the column you want to hide and select the Hide Column option.
To display the column again, right-click on any column header and scroll down the menu to the Visibility option and find the column you want to return to the grid.

To hide multiple columns:
-
Right-click on the header of a column to display the column menu.
-
Select the Visibility option from the menu and scroll right.
A list of all the columns for the current ILR dataset is displayed. The currently displayed columns have a tick against them.
-
Select the column you want to hide to remove it from the grid display.
The list of columns will remain after the column has been clicked. Repeat this process until all the columns you want to hide have been clicked.

Selecting the Wrap option enables the wrapping of text in fields. With this option selected any text that is longer than the length of the column will go on to multiple lines.

Selecting on the Autofit option will resize each column to fit the data it needs to display on the screen.

To move a column, click and hold down the left mouse button in the top of the column header and drag it to the required position.

To resize a column, click and hold the left mouse button on the right margin of the column header and drag it to the required position. The column headings will wrap and/or resize to make the optimum use of the width available.
