LLWR
The LLWR functionality in ebs: central consists of data entry and submissions. The LLWR record for a learner is held on five wideboy screens: Learner, Learning Programme, Learning Activity, Award, and Higher Education, which together contain all the details of the learners required by DfES and the college to produce the LLWR return.
The PEOPLE table and Learner screen contains all the fields which correspond to the individual fields required for the learner dataset in the LLWR. The Learning Programme wideboy contains all the fields which correspond to the individual fields required for the learning programme dataset in the LLWR. Similarly other forms are available for each dataset.
These screens allow you to maintain all the LLWR dataset fields.
The use of the learner LLWR tables lets you link one learner record with many different learner LLWR records, over any number of years for DfES purposes.
