Run Options
The Run Options section displays a list of the process options that have been selected.
You can select to:

When you have selected the required processes and entered any input parameters, you can run LLWR processes.
To run a LLWR process now:

Click the Run Now button in the Run Options section.
The selected processes are run locally on the PC being used.
Running the processes locally may impact the performance of the PC, which must also not be switched off until the processing has completed.
The LLWR Process Completed message is displayed when the LLWR processing is successful.
- Click the Tracking Information button to view the outcome of the processing.

You can run LLWR processes at a scheduled time which are queued by the ebs Workflow engine and are performed at the specified time on a central LLWR processing service.
Scheduling the processes has the following advantages:
- Large processes can be set up and then run overnight or at other quiet times, so that they do not inconvenience other users
- You can pick up and review the results of overnight processes on arrival in the morning
- Sets of commonly performed processes can be scheduled to run at the same time each day/week/month
To create a schedule:

Click the Create Schedule button in the Run Options section.
The Create Schedule button is disabled for the ULI import, error report import, and deletion processes.
The Create Schedule window is displayed.
The Workflows section is not relevant when creating a schedule and should not be changed.
- In the Name field, enter the required name for the schedule.
- In the Start On field, enter the start date for the schedule, or click the Calendar button to display the calendar where you can select the required date.
- In the Start At field, enter the start time for the schedule.
- Select one of the following:
Daily - you can then select to schedule the processes every day, weekdays only, on specific days or at a specific time of day
Weekly - you can then select to schedule the processes for a number of weeks and the day(s) it runs
Monthly - you can then select to schedule the processes for a number of days or at a specific time, and the month(s) it runs
Once - schedules the processes to run once only

Click the Create Schedule button.
The schedule is created and stored in the LLWR folder on the LLWR Process Schedules screen.

To view and update LLWR schedules:

Click the Schedules button in the Tabs/Windows group of the LLWR Commands ribbon.
The LLWR Process Schedules screen is displayed.

To view the details of a schedule, select the required schedule in the LLWR folder.
The schedule details are displayed in the Schedule section.
New schedules are enabled by default. To disable a schedule (that is: prevent the schedule from running but maintain the schedule details), deselect the Schedule check box for the required schedule, and then click Save.
- To update the details of a schedule, amend the required schedule details, and then click Save.

To test a schedule trigger:

Right-click the required schedule in the LLWR folder and select the Test Trigger option.
The Test Execution of Trigger window is displayed.

Click OK to test the schedule trigger.
A confirmation message is displayed.
- Click OK to close the message.

You can view a list of all live, test and cancelled runs ordered by date on the Run History window by clicking the Run History button on the LLWR Commands ribbon.
The Run History window is displayed.
