Use the LLWR Wideboys
Use the LLWR wideboys to view and edit data in bulk. There is a different wideboy for each of the different LLWR datasets.
Note: You must have the Manage Datasets role in the ebs: central LLWR group of User Management to enable the Open Wideboys button in the LLWR group of the Start ribbon.
To open the LLWR Wideboys screen, click the Open Wideboys button in the LLWR group of the Start ribbon.
The LLWR Wideboys screen is displayed.
Note: The Learner tab is selected by default.
These specially designed screens have been provided to make the editing of any of the LLWR dataset records as easy as possible. The wideboys are designed to display LLWR data in a grid- or spreadsheet-type view (that is: in columns and rows). The rows are the individual LLWR dataset records, one per LLWR record, while the columns are the individual LLWR dataset fields.
The data is displayed in a scrolling grid. The first two columns (Person Code (LN02) and Surname (LN04)) are static so that you can always see the context of the data you are working with. The other columns can be viewed by scrolling from left to right.
The condition builder enables selection of the LLWR dataset that you want to view. Here you can filter the list of records displayed by selecting one or more criteria based on the columns of the current wideboy. The section can be expanded or collapsed by clicking on the double arrow in the top right of the header bar.
