Ethnicity (Local)

You need to map the local ethnicities to the official set of numerically coded ethnicities from the Ethnicity (TEC) drop-down field in the Ethnicity (Local) reference data so learner data can be uploaded successfully to the LNAAT.

Note: The Ethnicity columns (NZ_ETHNICITY_1, NZ_ETHNICITY_2 and NZ_ETHNICITY_3) on the Learner Details screen will use the mapped ethnicity values from the VERIFIER_PROPERTIES table, rather than the values in the Ethnicity columns in the PEOPLE table (that is: so a custom list with ethnicities using alphanumeric coding is not uploaded to LNAAT and returns an error).
