Fees Free
Users with the Manage Fees Free Eligibility role (in the ebs: central Apps/ Enqs/ Enrols group) can view, add, and delete records of Fees Free Eligibility for the current learner by clicking the Fees Free option in the left-hand pane.
This will open the Fees Free tab where you can manage the Fees Free Eligibility status for the learner.
To add or edit a record:

Click the Add button on the Learner ribbon.
A row is added to the grid.
Alternatively, select an existing record.

Enter or edit the relevant details.
The fields on the Fees Free grid are described in the following table.

Fees Free Status | The Fees Free Eligibility Status. |
Fees Free Reason | Additional information regarding the reason for the Fees Free status. This field is optional. |
Study Year |
The Study Year associated with the Fee Free status. This field is mandatory. You can only add one eligibility record per study year. |
Fees Free Request Date | The request date for the Fees Free status. |
Fees Free Updated Date | The date the Fees Free status was updated. |
