MIAP LRS
The MIAP LRS module in ebs: central is designed to help you schedule data submissions to Managing Information Across Partners - Learner Records Service (MIAP LRS), and also manage incomplete or rejected learner records with regard to the data requirements specified by the LRS.
The module uses the workflow services to request or verify Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs), and keeps ebs data synchronised with MIAP, treating the ebs data as the primary source.
The MIAP LRS module checks all appropriate learner records for completeness before submission to MIAP. Any identified as incomplete are submitted. You can check through these learner records using the Error Browser screen. If a record is updated, the system marks it as ‘investigated’, marking it for submission next time around (assuming the record is now identified as complete).
