Manage Changes by Other Users
If you have the NSN Administrator role, you can decide whether to accept or reject the updates done to the learner records by other users. This gives the benefit of maintaining an up-to-date record of learners previously enrolled for other courses.
To import change notifications, click the Change Notifications button on the NSN ribbon. The Open File button then becomes available to select and the system prompts you to import a file.
