My support

Use this page to view and manage your support records.

The inbox shows a list of support records with the following details:

  • Status – Indicates if the record is active or archived.

  • Form name – The name of the form. For example, Pastoral Referral, Examination Request Form.

  • Category – The type of support. For example, Managing behaviour & attitude, Functional Skills Online.

  • Last updated – The date and time the record was last changed.

  • Sent by – The person who created or sent the record.

  • Sent to – The person or group who received the record.

  • Record type – Indicates if the item is a record or a note.

  • Action – Select the three-dot menu for more options.

Actions

Actions you can take:

  • Filter - You can filter records by Important, Unread, and Updated.

  • Add record – Create a new support record.

  • Add note – Add a note to an existing record.

  • Add risk – Record a risk related to your support.

  • My history – View your previous support records.

  • Search records – Find a specific record.

  • Clear searches – Remove all search filters.
