NZ NSI batch process

De-support notices for 4.37:

• Contact Management - the Contact Management module is the last supported component of ebs4 web/ebs: central (web), which is effectively de-supported with the release of ebs version 4.37

• Oracle 12cR2 - the decision to de-support Oracle 12cR2 in ebs version 4.37 is based on Oracle ending Severity 1 production fixes and security update patching on 31st March 2022, and not providing extended support. Tribal appreciate that, having issued a full de-support of Oracle for 2023 (ebs version 4.41, Q2 2023, based on current release schedule), customers may not want to commit resources to upgrading to a later Oracle version for a short period, prior to migrating to SQL Server. Tribal will, therefore, not actively check the database version is higher than 12cR2 during upgrades. However, Tribal will not test future releases on 12cR2, nor commit to providing support for this platform, so the decision to remain on version 12cR2 is at the customer’s risk.

Refer to Technology Roadmap Current and Planned Versions to find out more about de-support notices for the current and future versions of ebs. Refer to Technology Roadmap Version History for previous versions.
