What's New in 4.35?

Welcome to the ebs 4.35 release, our first of three releases planned for 2021. This release has seen us continue our various roadmap themes across ebs, including major overhauls of staff markbook, continued revamp of the Learner Hub, phase 2 of our reports cradle rewrite and numerous smaller item improvements.

The release of ebs 4.35 is a also significant milestone in our journey to re-imagine our ILP functionality with the first major release of all ILP administration functions. We have a comprehensive early adoption process in place and we look forward to working with customers to receive their feedback. The redevelopment of ILP continues in 4.36 with the release of ILP learner-based functionality.

The ebs Online Help continues to develop and we continue to embed videos into the online help pages. As with the previous release users of ebs: central will be prompted to view the release notes post-upgrade. All changes are documented in the release notes, which we recommend all customers read as they contain key information with regards to product updates and how you can make use of them. We also have a number of documents and configuration packages available in Tribal Communities and encourage all customers to interact with this platform.

We would like to thank the small number of customers who engaged with us during our beta programme for 4.35, as recently advertised on Tribal Communities. The beta process is proving to be very worthwhile and we would ask any customers interested in getting involved to log their interest on Tribal Communities.

We encourage all customers who have not adopted functionality in previous releases to review release packs for all recent major releases to ensure that you are making the most of ebs functionality. We would like to thank all customers who provide feedback to us, customer feedback is the most important contributor to our development roadmap and we look forward to engaging with customers further as we shape our next releases of ebs.
