ebs: intel Changes for 4.38
The following change has been made for ebs: intel for 4.38:
ebs: intel has been updated to use the January 2022 version of pi. Refer to January 2022 Dashboard Release Notes for further information.
Customers should be aware of a known issue with Oracle database connections with this version, which will be resolved in a future service pack.

For customers still using HyperSQL with pi, you mustmigrate to MarieDB prior to an upgrade or you may find yourself unable to access Intel following an upgrade.
