Get Started with Reports

To start ebs Reports, do one of the following:

• Enter the URL from the Reports URL institution setting on the Reports and Reporting Services screen in the required web browser

  

• Click the Reports button on the Start ribbon in ebs: central

  

• Click the Reports option from the header menu in ebs: ontrack Hub

  

  Note: Refer to Manage Reports with ontrack Hub and Manage Reports for further information.

This will display the ebs Reports login page if you have entered the URL in a web browser. If you access ebs Reports from ebs: central or ebs: ontrack Hub, the system will log you in using the currently logged-in user's credentials and the Homepage is displayed.

The initial tasks to get started in ebs Reports are described in the following:

Log in

After accessing ebs Reports, you can log in from the login section displayed.

To log in to ebs Reports:

1. In the Username field, enter your username.

2. In the Password field, enter your password.

3. Click Login, or press Enter on your keyboard.

   You are logged in and the Homepage is displayed.

Change an expired password

When your current password has expired, the following message is displayed from which you can click the Change Password link.

Note: The Change Password link is displayed in ebs Reports providing the ebs: ontrack Hub URL is entered in the Ontrack Learner URL institution setting on the Ontrackscreen.

Clicking this link will redirect you to ebs: ontrack Hub to change your password.
