This section describes how the EBS system handles auditing. EBS provides product-based auditing on the following areas of the system:
- The username and date/time when each record is created, and the username and date/time of the last change to each record - this is always on
- Consents - this is always on
- Fees - this is always on
- Institution Settings - this is always on
- Login successes and failures - this is always on
- People de-duplication - this is always on. Refer to De-duplication Audit for further information.
- Progress history for Enquiries, Applications and Enrolments - this is always on
- Shape - this is off by default, but can be enabled by Tribal
- Ontrack:
- Ontrack Staff Hub and Ontrack Learner Hub access - these can be enabled or disabled using the following institution settings:
- Audit all Ontrack hub access? on the Ontrack screen
- Audit all Ontrack prospect access? on the Ontrack Learner screen
The OnAccessAudit licence allows you to audit individual page navigation in Ontrack products. Refer to Audit page access for further information.
