Set up ILP Admin and Tutor Links
In 4.37, base pages and links have been added for ILP, so if you have the relevant licence and use base versions of the Secondary Navigation screens in ebs: ontrack Hub and ebs: ontrack Learner Hub, you will not need to make any customisation changes. If you use custom Secondary Navigation screens, refer to the following.

Add a link for ILP Admin
To add a link to the navigation menu for ILP Admin:

Open the ebs: ontrack HubDesigner module.

Select 'Secondary Navigation' in the Links section of the Screens panel.

Click the Copy Page option on the System Configuration Commands ribbon.
If you have done this already for ILP Tutor, you can use the same copy screen.

Select the Copy within screen option.

In the Pages section, select the Ontrack Primary roles which are relevant to your ILP Admin screen.

Click the Add Column button on the System Configuration Commands ribbon.

Enter details in fields as follows:

Display Text - enter relevant display text

Navigation link - select 'Link to an external URL'

URL - enter '../Page/ILP_Admin/' for a link to the ILP_Admin base page

Open In Same Window - ensure this check box is selected

Save and publish the page.
It is then available to users who have the relevant Ontrack Primary role.
Users will also need the Edit All ILP Cohorts and ILP Administrator roles in User Management to use the ILP Admin screens.
Add a link for ILP Tutor
To add a link to the navigation menu for ILP Tutor:

Open the ebs: ontrack HubDesigner module.

Select 'Secondary Navigation' in the Links section of the Screens panel.
