Create applications in ebs: ontrack Hub for existing learners or new applicants.
Create applications as follows:

Search for an existing learner or create a new learner. On ebs: ontrack Hub, go to Concierge > Applications > Create New Application.

For existing applicants: find the applicant of interest and then select Select Course.

For new applicants: on Create a Learner, enter the Forename, Surname, and Email Address. Then, select Invite Learner and then select Select Course.

Search for the course. You can use the filters on the right-hand side and the search box at the top of the page to help find the course of interest. For example, to filter for an English Functional Skills course. Then, select Apply.

Complete the application. On the application form, complete the following sections:
- Personal Details
- Add the personal details of the applicant, such as contact information, address, phone numbers, national insurance number, and so on.
- Further Details
- Add any additional details for the applicant, such as equal opportunities and support needs information. For example, whether the applicant requires assistance during an interview.
- Qualifications
- Add the applicant's qualifications that support the application. For example, English and Maths GCSEs. You can also remove qualifications that are added in error.
- Evidence
- Upload any relevant supporting evidence to the application. For example, copies of exam results, identification documents, references, and so on. You can also remove supporting evidence that has been added in error.
- Data Protection
- Confirm that the applicant has agreed that the institution can use their data by selecting the relevant consents and, where applicable, select the preferred contact method.
Then, Review the completed application and Submit Application. You can then view and update the progress of the application in concierge, as shown in the image below.
