Find Learners

Find learners in ebs: ontrack Hub by name, date of birth, course title, and so on. You can then view learner details and select courses for applications or enrolments.

Find learners as follows:

  1. On ebs: ontrack Hub, go to Concierge > Application and then select Create New Application or Concierge > Enrolments and then select Create New Enrolment
  2. On Find a Learner, select or enter the search criteria. For example, enter the person's forename such as Helen.
  3. On the search results page, you can use the filters on the right-hand side and the search box at the top of the page to help find the application of interest. For example, to filter for a specific name such as Helen Smith and an address containing Sheffield.

  4. For the learner of interest, you can then perform the following actions:

Search Criteria

Find learners using the personal information of the learner, such as names, dates of birth, and so on. You can use partial search terms to find learners. For example, searching for the forename Helen shows learners with the forename Helena. Search criteria are connected using the AND operator.

The table Learner information details the information that can be used to search for an existing learner.

Middle Names Middle names such as James.
Title Title of the learner, such as Mr or Miss.
Gender The learner's gender identity, such as Male or Female.
Date of Birth The learner's date of birth, such as 26/09/2007
Confirmed Learners Whether the learner is a confirmed learner.
Organisation Contacts Whether the learner is an organisation contact.
