Edit learner groups
Use group management to view or edit learner groups, add learners to a group, or move learners between groups.
View or edit learner groups

On Ontrack Staff Hub, go to Group management > Learners and then search for the relevant learner group. You can search for course groups using the following criteria:

Occurrence

Groups
Note that you can also sort and filter the search results using the column headers to find specific learner groups. For example, to show only learners containing the phrase Cara. When you have selected the required criteria, select .

For the required learner, go to Actions > .

Go to groups and then select Edit mode. Then, you can edit whether the group is selected for the learner or change the group start date.
Add learners to a group

Select to open the add learners to group wizard and then complete the following steps:
- Set group
- Select the Desired group and the Effective from date.
- Search learner
- Search for a specific learner by Name or Person code, or select the required learners from the list.
- Confirm add group
- Review the selected learners and then . The selected learners are then added to the selected group.
Move learners between groups

- Set group
- Select the Current group, Desired group and the Effective from date.
- Search learner
- Search for a specific learner by Name or Person code, or select the required learners from the list.
- Confirm add group
- Review the selected learners and then . The selected learners are then moved to the new group.
