Headers
Use the Headers screen to select data to include in learner profiles, which provides insight into key learner metrics.
It can be accessed by clicking the Headers option on the ILP Admin screen.
Use the Headers screen to:

To add or edit a header:

Click the Create header button.
Alternatively, click the ⋮ drop-down menu and click the Edit option.
You can use the search field to locate a specific header, if required.
The header editor is displayed.

Enter or edit the Name field.
The name must be unique.

Click and drag the items that you want to display on the header from the Header contents section into the dotted box. You can also remove contents that are added in error by dragging contents from the dotted box back to the Header Contents drop-down.
You can include a count of targets from all ILPs that have been created for the learner, by staff members, by including All Targets (excluding learner targets) Open or All Targets (excluding learner targets) Complete.

Click Save.

Headers can be made inactive if they are no longer in use. Inactive headers are displayed in grey, provided the Include Inactive toggle is selected.
A header that is made inactive will not be available to be selected for future use, but if it is already in use, it will be unaffected and can continue to be used.
To activate or deactivate a header:

Use the search to locate the relevant header, if required.

Ensure the Include Inactive toggle is selected if you want to activate an inactive header.

Click the ⋮ drop-down menu of the relevant record and then click the Mark Active or Mark Inactive option, as required.

You can only delete a header if it is not associated with any ILPs.
To delete a header:

Use the search to locate the relevant header, if required.

Ensure the Include Inactive toggle is selected if you want to delete an inactive header.

Click the ⋮ drop-down menu of the relevant record and then click the Delete option.
This is not displayed if the header is associated with ILPs.
A confirmation message is displayed.
