Use ontrack Hub as an Employer
Employers can use ebs: ontrack Hub to block book places for employees on courses that an institution is offering.
If you require login credentials, please contact the institution.
Use ebs: ontrack Hub to:

In the Find a Course panel on the Homepage, do one of the following:

Select or enter search filters and click the Search button in the Find a Course panel.

Click the View All Courses button to view all of the available courses.
The Course List screen is displayed.

From the Course List page, do one of the following:

View course information by clicking the course title hyperlink

Click the Book button adjacent to the relevant course to add the course to your basket
Refer to Book places on a course for further information.
- Amend your search in the Course Search panel

Once you have searched for a course and clicked the Book button, the Basket screen is displayed.
Note: You can also access the basket by clicking the Basket button. It is only displayed if at least one course has been added to it.
To check out:

Enter the number of places you want to book in the Quantity field.
Alternatively, click the X button to remove the course from the basket.

If you want to be invoiced and the institution has approved your organisation for invoicing, you can select the Is this for an invoice? check box, which enables the Purchase Order Number and Invoice Contact fields.
Enter the relevant details.

Click the Checkout button.
- If the Is this for an invoice? check box has been selected, a confirmation message is displayed
- If the Is this for an invoice? check box has not been selected or was not enabled for your organisation, a payment screen is displayed where you can enter your payment details
The Manage My Bookings section of the homepage is split into two sections:
- Unallocated Bookings - lists all of the bookings that have unallocated learners. A row is displayed per booking
- Allocated Bookings - lists all of the allocated delegates for all bookings. A row is displayed per delegate
The fields in the Manage My Bookings section are described in the following table.

The number of days remaining until the places are required to be allocated. |

Delegate |
The name of the delegate allocated to the course. Note: This field is only displayed in the Allocated Bookings grid. |
Click the Allocate button on a course record to manage delegates on the Manage Delegates screen.

Use the Manage Delegates screen to allocate learners to bookings.
Learners who are linked to your organisation and not already allocated to the booking are displayed in the Allocate panel. You can use the Search panel to filter the results, if required.
If a learner record does not exist, you can create one in the Create panel by entering their basic details and clicking the Add button.
The learner's details are then added to the Allocate panel.
Click the Allocate button adjacent to the relevant learner to allocate them to the booking.
A record is created for each allocated learner in the Allocated Bookings panel on the Homepage.
